VEHICLE DYNAMICS
Dynamics is that branch of mechanics dealing with the motion of bodies and the action of forces in producing or changing that motion.  Vehicle dynamics covers that portion of dynamics relating to motor vehicle accidents. This five day course involves a considerable amount of mathematics.  Applicants should be proficient in algebra and be able to solve equations with two unknowns.  Those who are uncertain about their mathematical skills should review a high school algebra textbook to prepare for the exam.

After successfully completing this course, students will have the basic mathematical skills needed for Traffic Accident Reconstruction I and II, allowing them to take those upper-level courses with confidence.

Conducted by the State of New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety
Class size is limited to 30.
