This is a two-day workshop led by nationally recognized law enforcement accountability trainers, Dave Hudson and/or Richard Dean, on the development of the skills necessary to hold employees accountable for job performance. These practical, common sense techniques get results without the abuse of power or employees' rights.

- How to develop usable, workable performance standards.
- How to objectively appraise employee performance to clearly
identify the outstanding, the satisfactory or the problem performers.
- How to develop appropriate steps to correct performance problems.
- How to transfer responsibility for performance back to the performer.
- How to get support from above in handling problem performers.
- How to confront resistant employees firmly and fairly without losing.
- How to identify and handle common manipulations used on supervisors
