MEGAN'S LAW

This full day course will provide a comprehensive overview of Megan's Law. This course will provide the most current status of the law. The program of instruction will identify and discuss the history of Megan's Law, individuals who are required to register, the registration process, tier classification, community notification, and how to handle the non-compliant offender.

This course is intended for investigation personnel and the Megan's Law Liaison Officer from each police department.
