LEADERSHIP FOR THE POLICE EXECUTIVE

This three day course is designed for individuals with the rank of lieutenant or higher and will include an examination of leadership styles using Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership II Model, DISC, and crisis management for on-scene commanders. Other possible topics include media relations, generations, team building and ethics. All blocks of instruction will be tailored for the police executive. This will be a dynamic, interactive course with practical exercises and self-examination tools.

This program is co-hosted with the Essex County Police Academy and Sussex County Police Academy. This course will be conducted at the Essex County Police Academy. Registrations should be sent to the Essex County Police Academy.

Registration strictly limited to 10 participants from Morris County.
