LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION

This five day course is designed for first line supervisors in law enforcement departments and/or agencies and includes an examination of interpersonal communication; managing the problem employee; motivation; delegation; problem-solving; stress management; and principles of management. Also included is one full day of Situational Leadership II and practical exercises in management and leadership. This program is co-hosted with the Union County Police Academy.

Registration for this course is strictly limited to 15 participants from Morris County and 15 participants from Union County.
This course will be will be held at the Morris County Public Safety Training Academy.
