LEADERSHIP AND SUPERVISION

This five day course is designed for first line supervisors in law enforcement departments and/or agencies and includes an examination of interpersonal communication, managing the problem employee, motivation, delegation, problem-solving, stress management and principles of management. Also included are DISC behavior assessments, Ken Blanchard’s Situational Leadership II model and practical exercises in management and leadership.

Registration for Agencies from Morris, Passaic, and Bergen Counties only. 

Registration for this course is strictly limited to 10 participants per county.
