COMPREHENSIVE INSURANCE FRAUD TRAINING

The Office of the Insurance Prosecutor, in conjunction with the New Jersey Motor Vehicle Commission and the National Insurance Crime Bureau, has formulated a training program focusing on fraudulent documents, vehicle identification, bogus vehicle thefts, staged accidents, fraudulent insurance identification cards, and criminal laws relevant to insurance frauds. This program is suitable for uniform patrol officers, detectives and prosecutors actively engaged motor vehicle traffic enforcement, accident investigations and vehicle theft investigations or prosecutions.
