PROFESSIONAL ETHICS
This one day course will provide law enforcement officers training tools for developing ethical decision making skills both in themselves and in their fellow officers. This course is especially valuable to field training officers. The course focuses on choices and decisions that confront officers on a daily basis and is a key ingredient in developing and maintaining an ethical climate within any police agency. Topics to be discussed include ethics as a philosophy, basic ethics training, ethical decision making in actual field situations, ethical choices and practical exercises in a scenario format.
