COMMUNICATION DATA WARRANT PREPARATION

This half day program will address issues relating to the steps needed to obtain all forms of electronic records, including telephone toll billing records, mobile telephone records, cell site information and e-mail. Recent changes and developments in both state and federal law will also be discussed. Emphasis is on practical issues and problems that may be faced by law enforcement in the warrant process.
