BASIC TELECOMMUNICATOR REFRESHER

The emphasis of this one-day tactical communications course is on better equipping dispatchers for their critical role in assisting the officer in critical incidents. This course of instruction meets the New Jersey Office of Emergency Telecommunications Services annual re-certification requirement pursuant to N.J.S.A 17:24 – 22.
Pre-requisite: Public Safety Telecommunication certificate
