SEARCH WARRANT PREPARATION

This half day program focuses on important aspects of the search warrant process. Some of the topics that will be addressed during this course include:

• Preparation of the affidavit and search warrant
• Scope and intensity of the search
• Preparation and execution of the warrant
• Search warrant for any instrumentalities and evidence
• Common search warrant problems
