DEVELOPING SOP / SOG's FOR THE FIRE SERVICE

This six-hour course is designed for those individuals who will be developing SOP / SOG’s for their department personnel. The importance of all departments having a document outlining polices, expected behavior and performance requirements cannot be over emphasized. Topics to be covered include differences between SOP / SOG’s, their importance, areas which need to be addressed, resources that should be used in their development and who should be involved in the development of the document.

Class size is limited to 50.
